the wearing of the green

it has to be by the luck of the irish that we have two of the cutest leprechauns there ever were ...

and the eldest leprechaun headed off for school today with his new green t-shirt, his shamrock socks, and his daddy ... who had the good luck to get to coop in jack's class today.

jack was very excited to have his daddy at school and for the snack we brought for the class today ... leprechaun-sized bagel bites with green cream cheese! even jack's new froggy "lucky" thinks that sounds good ...

yummy!

but somewhere along the line, not everyone was with the program ... we suspect the orange order was responsible for this:

or maybe it was just her huguenot-leaning father ...

nevertheless, we are celebrating tonight with our traditional st. patty's dinner ... and we'll even be dyeing the beverages green (well, maybe not annie's milk ...)!

sláinte!

  1. Did the stork that brought Annie also bring a new camera? I've noticed an improvement in your photos! Maybe it's just less BlackBerry snaps?
